These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Clear Day mobile application and any related website content (together, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. About the Service

One Clear Day is a personal reflection and action app designed to support intentional daily behaviour.

The Service:

  • does not require user accounts
  • stores data locally on your device
  • is intended for personal, non-commercial use

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


3. No Professional Advice

The Service is provided for general reflection and personal use only.

It does not provide:

  • medical advice
  • mental health treatment
  • legal advice
  • financial advice

Nothing in the app should be considered a substitute for professional advice or care.


4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

Key points:

  • Data is stored locally on your device
  • We do not collect or store personal data on our servers
  • You can delete your data at any time from within the app

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

  • misuse the Service
  • attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app
  • use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service may be offered as a paid subscription.

If you choose to subscribe:

  • Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by those platforms
  • We do not directly process or store payment information

Subscription terms are presented clearly before purchase.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access
  • availability of specific features
  • continued support for older versions of the app

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • accuracy of content
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • loss of data stored on your device
  • loss resulting from use or inability to use the Service

This includes, but is not limited to, data deletion initiated by the user.


10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You can delete all app data by using the “Delete my data & reset app” option in Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service if required by law or platform policies.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
